Spoilers! Clues To The Mystery
Silkscreen says CareFusion charger in one corner; CareFusion was a medical device company now owned by BD; the components are suited to a smart charger. Not sure if I will try to power it up or just scavenge parts; highlights include ATTINY861A, LM317T, MC78L05A, OP295, 50P06, 135N08N. Hardware includes 2 6mm hex by 25mm standoffs, 1 45 x 135 x 2 mm aluminum base, 2 screws, 4 flat washers, and 4 lock washers. To me, it is well worth the price.
